Here at ATC, we specifically specialise in sign vinyl, however, we also offer a range of products for vehicle wrapping and customisation. The automotive industry is by far one of the most popular and demanding industries in the world, and in this day and age, there is a growing mass market for vehicle customisation.

Some vehicle modifications can be rather expensive, but window tints are a simple and cost-effective way of sprucing up your vehicle. Whether you are wanting to personalise a vehicle yourself, or own a vehicle customisation business, we offer a range of high-quality products that will meet all of your demands.

Window Tint Applications

Vehicle Windows

Window tint films nowadays are commonly used for visual purposes, but they are also a fantastic solution to reducing the amount of heat inside your car. The amount of sunlight that can penetrate through your windows can be significantly reduced with window tint films. Particularly in warmer regions of the world, these kinds of films can be very beneficial, with darker tints available for less sun infiltration.

We offer two window films, Protint Automotive Window Tinting Film and ASWF Automotive Window Tinting Film, that can be used on rear and side windows. These two films are manufactured to an extremely high standard and are designed with the user in mind, both are easy to shrink, and their adherence properties are excellent. Both of these films have a range of tints available, to meet your specific requirements, however, it is important to note that the UK have laws in place for window tints, so make sure to read and adhere to these requirements to prevent any penalties.

  • Vehicles first used on the 1st April 1985 or later – the windscreen must let at least 75% of light through and the front side windows must let at least 70%.
  • Vehicles first used before the 1st April 1985 – the front windscreen and side windows must let a minimum of 70% of light through.

Tail Lights

The customisation of tail lights is also becoming increasingly popular, as it is a quick and cost-effective way to improve and enhance the style of your vehicle. Similar to that of window tint films, tail light films do have another purpose. Whilst improving the visual appearance of your vehicle, tail light films protect your lights from scratches, damage, and discolouration. The film's protective layer helps to maintain the appearance of your original lights, especially as it reduces the penetration of sunlight, which decreases the chances of your lights becoming yellow and hazy.

We offer two types of tail light films, APA Cast Tail light Film and Oracal 8300 Transparent Film, that are manufactured with a permanent adhesive for long-term durability.

Similar to that of window films, tinted tail lights must radiate at least 50% of the original lamp, to remain visible to other drivers and pedestrians.
