This 100 micron clear safety and security film is designed to make glass safer, both by strengthening it against breakage and helping hold together dangerous shards of shattered glass in situations where breakages occur. This film is tested and certified to EN 12600 Class 2B2 and can be used by companies to address Regulation 14 of the Workplace (Health & Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 by upgrading low level glazing for reasons of health and safety. It is ideal for use in Nurseries and Schools. Other benefits can include improving security by creating a deterrent to "smash & grab" and forced entry crime, and improving protection against the vandalism of glass. This film also has a UV screen which can protect window displays from fading in sunlight.
