Damaged Goods

All orders to leave our premises in perfect condition but occasionally damage occurs in transit. If this happens please sign for the delivery as “damaged” and inform us in writing within 7 days of receipt of order. If a customer fails to inform us in writing any claim of damaged goods may be disputed.


You ordered the wrong material in error

If you have ordered the wrong material in error (and we have not slit the material to your specification) we will refund an amount to your card after deducting the initial carriage cost and a restocking charge of 20%. This will be credited to your card after we receive the material back to us in good condition. You will be responsible for returning the material to us at your cost.

Please note the restocking fee covers credit card charges incurred and administration costs to us.


We send the wrong material

Occasionally picking errors happen. If we have sent the wrong colour, width, length or grade of material,  please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange for the correct material to be sent  and collect the incorrect delivery at no cost to you.
